Located within the main campus and only a 10-minute walk from Dundee city centre, these flats accommodate up to 765 students in Premier and Standard room options. The central location makes it convenient for studying, socialising, and exploring the city.

Seabraes accommodation offers students a peaceful setting close to Dundee’s waterfront and the lively Perth Road area. Seabraes 1 accommodates 219 students in seven-bedroom flats, while Seabraes 2 houses 192 students in 32 six-bedroom flats. Both residences are less than a five-minute walk from City Campus and provide on-site parking facilities. Their location near the River Tay allows students to enjoy waterfront walks, cafés, and nearby cultural attractions, including V&A Dundee.

West Park Flats and West Park Villas are located between the City Campus and Ninewells Campus in Dundee’s popular West End. These residences are around a 20-minute walk from both campuses and provide parking for residents. Students staying at West Park can also access a free bike hire service for the duration of their stay. West Park Villas can accommodate up to ten flatmates, creating a social and community-focused living environment.
